You know, Instead of running around like a chicken with my head cut off screaming that “the squats are going to be hard”…
This was a peculiar and a very particular day of hard squatting, in that… it was weightlifting-cardio. Weightardio?
Extra harder. Like doing a 6k with weights. And you guys know just how much you love those 6k’s!
Strength. Stamina. Endurance all in one.
In CrossFit, you see, it’s not about having enough strength for your endurance (though that is important) but rather, having enough stamina and endurance for your strength.
