Molly Push Jerk PR

Molly recently PR’d on her Front Squat and her Push Jerk.

I thoroughly enjoy working with her. Always in good spirits irregardless of what’s going on in her life.

Molly has overcome a lot and continuously overcomes many things daily that she is dealing with in her personal life.

One of the things about lifting heavy weights is that it requires your complete attention in the moment. It’s a chance to shut out all of the things that tries to capture your attention.
