Today we tackled a Benchmark CrossFit workout titled, “Cindy.”
This workout is as follows:
20:00, As Many Rounds And Reps of:
5 — Pull-Ups
10 — Push-Ups
15 — Squats
We had a warm-up, a 25:00 weightlifting piece, and then we ended class with the metabolic conditioning portion — Cindy.
