Warm-Up Joint Prep & Coaches Choice
3 Rounds for time of:
40 cals — Rower
40 reps –DB Thruster
–Only 1 person working at a time.
–Both people must row and both people must do the Thrusters.
–You can Break up the calories and reps however you’d like.
–Can switch after 10 cals, after 15, or 20 ect.
–If you are of similar build use same loads. If you are not similar in build then you can use different weights.
