Hi guys and Gals!
Checkout all of the different options we have for this up & coming new year!
We will now be offering different levels of Membership based on the # of times you intend to train per week and this is to include the option to Pay for the Year in full and also the option to Pay as You Go.
One things I am truly excited about is that We will now be offering a Saturday 830 AM Weightlifting class. This class has already started so if it interests you we’d love to have you as a Drop-In. You can pay online or when you arrive.
Also NEW for 2018 will be our “Super Cardio” 6-week pilot class where you can expect to get in a high intensity cardio session that is way different than other, common group cardio classes like spinner-bike classes. If there is interest then we will continue this as a recurring option.
A new offering for you Kids: We will be offering a Middle & High School kids training class. This will be a Pilot offering for 6-weeks. If it goes well then we may continue it for a recurring session.
We do also have our 6-week Fitness program that will start the second week of January as well!
