If you are interested in a group class TIME that is NOT currently offered, please get in touch.  We can take your name and number and if we get enough people interested in the same class time then we will offer a NEW class day/times(s).

8 AM Fitness — Monday, Wednesday, Friday

*5 AM Fitness — Tuesday, Thursday

6 AM Fitness — Tuesday, Thursday

5:00 PM CrossFit — Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

6:00 PM CrossFit — Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

6:00 PM Fitness — Friday

7:00 PM Fitness class — Monday, Tuesday, **Wednesday, Thursday

7:00 PM Yoga class — **Wednesday ONLY.  This is a NEW offering as of Oct 10th!

***8:00 PM to 10:00 PM — Open Gym, *by appointment only / and based on demand

SATURDAY:

8 AM — Metcon Class, all-levels welcome

9 AM — Weightlifting (CURRENTLY ON HOLD…get in touch to see when we offer this again)

–This is a great time to work on weightlifting techniques and to get stronger.

Other times on Saturday vary but there is an option for 930 AM Metcon and Open gym times.

SUNDAY:

11 AM — Metcon Class, all-levels welcome (CURRENTLY ON HOLD…get in touch to see when we offer this again)
