If you are interested in a group class TIME that is not currently offered, please get in touch.  We can take your name and number and if we get enough people interested in the same class time then we will offer a NEW class day/time.

During the summer months we may be adding a time around 9 / 10 AM … so please get in touch if this is a time your may be interested in…

6 AM Fitness — Monday, Wednesday, Friday

*** 7 AM Fitness — Monday, Wednesday, Friday

*** 8 AM Fitness — Monday, Wednesday, Friday

***9 AM Fitness — Monday, Wednesday, Friday

5 AM 30-Min Fitness — Tuesday, Thursday

530 AM 60-Min Fitness — Tuesday, Thursday

5:00 PM CrossFit — Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

6:00 PM CrossFit — Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

7:00 PM Fitness class & Open Gym — Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

8:00 PM to 10:00 PM — Open Gym, *by appointment / based on demand

SATURDAY:

830 AM — Weightlifting.  Doors Open at 8 AM, class starts at 830 AM.

–This is a great time to work on weightlifting techniques and to get stronger.

Other times on Saturday vary but there is an option for 930 AM Metcon and Open gym times.

SUNDAY:

Times vary.  Call ahead if you’d like to train on Sunday’s, availability is based on demand.

Notes:  *** These classes will be offered during the summer and will continue based on demand.  We will be having a 6-week Fitness Program starting the week of July 9th and also in September too where you can sign up for these class times to try it out and see if it’s a good fit for you with no obligation to join.
