530 AM 60-Min Fitness — Tuesday, Thursday

3:00 PM — OPEN GYM, M-Th-F

3:30 to 4:00 PM — Middle School Fitness — M-Th-F

4:00 PM — CrossFit — M-Th-F

5:00 PM CrossFit — Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

6:00 PM CrossFit — Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

7:00 PM Fitness class & Open Gym — Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

8:00 PM to 10:00 PM — Open Gym, *by appointment

SATURDAY:

830 AM — Weightlifting.  Doors Open at 8 AM, class starts at 830 AM.

–This is a great time to work on weightlifting techniques and to get stronger.

Other times on Saturday vary but there is an option for 930 AM Metcon and Open gym times.

SUNDAY:

Times vary.  Call ahead if you’d like to train on Sunday’s.
