Everyone prior to attending class must Sign our Waiver.  Please get in touch prior to dropping-in and we will shoot you this waiver either via Text or Email.


If you are an experienced CrossFitter you are allowed to drop-in for a workout with us.  A single drop-in is $15 CASH or $30 for a T-Shirt.  You Can pay online via paypal or in person with a card for $20.

If you plan on dropping-in for 2-3 sessions then the fee is $12.5 each session.  $50 for a week’s worth of visits.

If you do not have CrossFit experience then you are ONLY allowed to drop-in for a workout on designated “Bring-A-Friend” workout days.

Main Class Times:

5 AM:  Monday, Wednesday, Friday

530 AM:  Tuesday, Thursday ***Fitness classes

5 PM: Monday through Friday

6 PM:  Monday through Friday

7 PM:  Monday through Thursday ***Fitness classes

Saturday:  8:30 AM — Weightlifting


Drop-In Fee

Pay for a Single CrossFit class or Open Gym times. Must have at least 3 months of CrossFit experience.
