Middle School Exercise

This program is for Middle School students and is 1.5 hours of training each week.

Two Options that this program will be offered:

*** Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 3:30 to 4:00 PM, just 30 mins each session.


*** Saturday and Sunday for 45 minutes each session.

$89 / month

We feel that those new to exercise don’t need to start off with a lot of volume.  We will be utilizing all of the best available training methods for kids this age.  We will also customize the training based on each person’s current level.

If you have children that currently do not participate in structured sports or recreational activities then this is a GREAT program for them to get involved with.
