Everyone that signs up for the 6-week fitness program… (Sunday nights 5 PM – 630 PM)

We have several options available if you are looking to start an exercise program.


We have 30 minute options as well as longer, 60 minute classes too.  We have great classes where anyone can join-in no matter your level.  You can be a beginner or you can also be advanced.  We have qualified and experienced coaches leading the way to help you on your fitness journey and who are skilled at helping you get the best workout possible in the most time efficient manner.

We know you only have a limited time to invest towards your fitness.  We are all busy in life with many things to attend to….kids, family, work, so on and so forth.

We believe exercise and fitness to be one of the best compliments and necessities in a happy and fulfilled life.

Please understand that when you train appropriately you will progress over time and you will become better.  You will feel better and you will become fitter.  It is not our intent to “smoke” you in classes.  We do not want to give you more than your current level — no more than you can handle on any given day.  This principle is very important so you will not only stick with a training program but also so you will continue to see improvements and results.

Here are some of the details about the exercise portion of our 6-week program.

There are LIMITED spots available for each starting week as well as each class time, so therefore if you would like to RESERVE your spot please give us a call at 779-701-1591.  It’s $49, when you call have your card ready.

Over the brief phone call we will get you all set up with the details and what to bring for your first session.

30-minute Fitness Program:

— 2x per week, 30 minute classes
— Tuesday, Thursdays at 5 AM 
— $129 (SAVE $49)

— No experience necessary for this program
— Classes are “hybrid” in style and feature many different tools
and easy to learn movements combining dumbbells, kettlebells,
bodyweight movements, and the best cardio machines available
— We utilize both days to balance out the week of training
— This program is a GREAT way to get started with exercise

60-minute Fitness Program:

— $169 for the full 6 weeks, (SAVE $89)

— 2, 3, 4 or 5 training times per week

TIMES AVAILABLE:  Please note that each class time has limited spots.  Please get in touch to check on availability.

**Tuesday, Thursdays at 530 AM 

**Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, or 7 PM

— No experience necessary for this program
— We still combine all of the elements of the 30-minute classes
but do add more work into the mix and do a little more maintenance
items to include a slightly longer warm-up, more mobility and stretching
if needed and a slightly longer workout to properly fill the hour.

To Sign-Up and Reserve your spot:

— Please give us a call at 779-701-1591 and have your Credit / Debit card ready to sign-up.  The Reservation fee is $49 and in non-refundable.  The remaining balance will be due on the first day of classes.  You do also have the option to pay in full when you call.

— During the very brief phone call we will tell you some other things you need to know for the first day of classes.

We have nutrition help and also soft tissue, body work (massages) that will help with recovery and overall fitness.  Here are the add ons to the package:

The next 4 people to sign-up for the fitness program have the option to add on a Massage package for $125 which includes the Initial assessment and then 2 more 60-minute massages thereafter.

We also have a nutrition package available which includes an initial nutrition evaluation and consultation with continued support throughout the duration of the 6-week program.  The fee for this is $125.
