6-Week Fall Fitness Program Options…

…starting the week of Monday, 04 December 2017!

This program is right for you if at least one of the following items apply to you.

If at least one of those above items apply to you then we have several great options for you!

—Be-ware though, we only offer these 6-week fitness programs at very limited times during the year and are only open to a very limited number of people each time we offer them.

—So, if you are serious and are committed to attending class then act fast and sign-up now as to reserve your spot in class.  We only have a limited number of spaces available for training so act now.

—The classes are fun and dynamic.  We are always changing up the routine so things feel new and fresh each session.  Each time you come to class it will be led by a certified professional trainer.  They will lead you and the group through a warm-up and a workout.

—We utilize each day of the week that you train to balance things out, that way if you happen to be slightly sore then it’s okay because they next session we will work on something completely different so you are not beat-down each session.  We want you to be “built-up” and to progress from session to session so you leave with the sensation of “wanting more” and that you feel you can always do your best for the day.

—We have been doing this for some time now so we know what works and what doesn’t work.  We know the proper way to teach you new things so you are motivated to continue.  We don’t just want you to sign-up and not show up.  We have more fun when you come to class, we like meeting new people and we have no greater joy than to help as many people as we can to live a life of Vitality and great health.

We have several training options with different prices below:

30-minute Fitness

2x per week option

—No experience necessary for this option…

—These are hybrid classes and combine bodyweight movements, light weights to include dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, as well as several of the best cardio machines available

—There is NO barbell training and NO running involved in this program so rest-assured 😉

—Because classes are constantly varied with changes of intensity you are able to gain muscle, increase flexibility levels, and also to improve other fitness related things too like improved stamina and cardiorespiratory endurance

—This option is great if you need to get in and get-out within a short amount of time

—It’s also a great option if you do not have a history of exercise or if you are currently not working out.

—Class goes by fast and it’s always fun and dynamic

—Warm-Ups are quicker and to the point and we are able to get right into the workout and then send you on your way

—This is a great place to start too if you are looking to progress your training to one of our longer, more frequent classes.

—We have found that by training just 2x per week for 30-minutes that it’s enough to gain great amounts of fitness.  If one wants to continue beyond this amount one can always do so.

Times Available to Pick From:

5:00 AM on Tuesday & Thursday

6:30 AM on Tuesday & Thursday

7 PM on Wednesday & 8 AM Saturday

—The non-refundable Reservation fee is $49 and the remaining amount that will be due

on the first day of class is $100.  During the brief phone call

we will go over the other remaining details about the class and what to bring with you.

—From there you will be all signed up and ready to Start! 🙂

45 to 60-Minute Finess:

2-3x per week option

—No experience necessary for this option.

—We will be offering these classes more times throughout the week so if you would like to workout more we have the option available

—These classes will last between 45 minute to a full 60 minutes but will depend on the progress of the group

—Each session will be led by a certified professional trainer who is there to guid you through the warm-up and workout.  They are also there to help educate and to provide inspiration to your goals and life

—These classes are “hybrid” in nature and will utilize basic bodyweight movements, light weight training with dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, as well as the best set of cardio machines available

—We will teach you the movements if you are unfamiliar so please don’t feel you must already be proficient to join.  We specialize in training YOU so you can be at ease and let us do what we love to do 🙂

—We are here to make exercise fun and engaging so expect to have a good laugh from time to time

—The music is always changing too so understand that it’s not elevator must that you will be workout out to

—You will learn new things, gain new insight, meet new people and after a few weeks of dedicated truing you can expect to notice and feel changes in your body

—We want everyone we meet and train to feel better to live a vibrant life full of freedom, health, and joy

7:30 AM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

8:30 AM Tuesday, Thursday

10:00 AM Monday, Wednesday, Friday

12:00 PM Monday, Wednesday, Friday

4:00 PM Monday, Wednesday, Friday

7:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

Other times:

*These times include a slight up-charge

Weekend Session:

12:00 PM Saturday & Sunday
