Super Cardio 8-week Class

This NEW Year, January 2018…

We will be offering a new style of class we are titling “Super Cardio.” 

This class will be for 8-weeks.  Thats 2 full months of training.

We have 2x per week or 3x per week with both AM and PM Times.  Read below for full details.

If you are looking for a NEW way to get in shape, to feel great, and to improve your overall level of Fitness & Health then this class is a great choice.

In this class we will be utilizing some of the best training machines on the market to give you a high intensity class that will super-charge your engine aka: cardiovascular system.

This class great for your overall cardiovascular system, it will improve your endurance, your aerobic capacity, it will improve your ability to go short and hard as well as the middle distance, and even longer distance ranges.

The nature of the machines that we will be using are total body and will encourage muscle growth.  So even if you are not looking to tone your muscles, just by using these machines it will help with your muscle definition and overall strength.

Whether you are just starting out…or if you are already exercising and would like to try something new to keep things fresh, or if you are an athlete that would like to take your Winter training indoors then we can help.

Classes and knowledge will compound through the training and as you get better and more efficient you will see dramatic changes in your ability to perform better.

We are here to help each person get better so we will adjust the intensity and the duration for each person as needed.  This is what we are here for.  To help each person succeed in their training to have optimal outcomes.  😉

This class will be either 2 or 3 times per week and will be offered at the following times:

2x per week schedule:

–Tuesday and Thursday:  630 AM to 730 AM

–Tuesday and Thursday:  3:30 AM to 4:30 AM

***Class starts on Tuesday January 2nd.

This program of just 2 times per week is great if you are just starting out or if you are already training and would like to add something to your schedule.
