This class is taught by Head Coach, David Anderson Jr. who is a CF-L3 Trainer, a USAW Advanced Sports Performance Coach, CrossFit Weightlifting Trainer, and has attending Ma Strength Chinese Weightlifting Seminar, the Kendrick Farris Bless the Gym weightlifting seminar, and also the Outlaw Way’s seminar.
David has taken numerous athletes to various weightlifting meets and routinely teaches weightlifting principles to both beginners and advanced students.
In class we utilize all available tools and knowledge to help you meet your goals and improve you mind and body.
Even if you goal is not peak strength then we can help you improve. This can be muscle stamina, muscle endurance, or flexibility.
